2. Data we collect and purpose
We process the data you provide through the contact and job application forms (name, email, phone, company, message and, where applicable, CV). The purposes are:
- To handle your enquiries and requests for information or quotes.
- To manage your application in recruitment processes, where applicable.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when submitting the form, and the legitimate interest of Berintel in responding to your request.
4. Retention
We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. Application data will be kept for a maximum of one year unless you tell us otherwise.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. Technology service providers that support us (hosting, email) may access it, always under a data processing agreement.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@berintel.es, attaching a copy of an identity document. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
